Do you ever get overly emotional and start pitying yourself? Well that has been me over the past two weeks. The more I seem to try to catch up the further I feel behind in my creativity. I have struggled to catch up after losing a month of time. It got so intense that I wanted to just throw in the towel and give up on the very things that has given me that extra sparkle in my life, my passions. The more I began to analyze my situation and struggle to get back on track I realized the problem was me. It was not that I was a month behind my own schedule. It was about how I use my extra time. Instead of being productive I was doing everything else under the sun for others and feeding my lower self by becoming distracted. This all came to me just from doing a self-evaluation and I am here to share if this is you as well you still have a chance to get it right. It is 10 ½ months left in 2019 so throwing in the towel is not an option. So, let's get back on our A game cause at the end of the day this is all about us. We are our only hold back. But when you want it even through the challenging times you are going to keep going. So to say all of this today I have chosen to get back to business. If you with me in the comment section below type, “YES WE GOT THIS”! Now before I leave you let me drop a few jewels for the next time e-motions come visit you (try one of the 3):
- STOP FEEDING IT: Yes, no matter how strong your emotions become stay focused. Meditate, pray or chant, cleanse yourself with sage and exercise to tone down the energy. When detaching from your everyday routine and technology by replacing it with meditating, praying or chanting helps to lessen or get rid of the energy trying to control you. Cleansing yourself with sage or a sage spray from your head to feet helps to release the energy from your aura. Exercise, something just as simple as a walk helps to reduce the strength of the energy and helps you to regroup with yourself.
- JOURNAL: Let’s get to writing it down and being truthful with ourselves how we feel. Once we write it all out the distress may no longer be there. And if it is still lingering around you may have to take it to another step by balling up the paper and burning it. Burning the paper you journaled on is just another form of releasing the energy.
- GO TO YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM: If you have a strong support system reach out to a strong friend or family member and before you began to vent and release let them know you just can use a listening ear. This keeps you from getting feedback from them and gives you time to get it all out. Once you have shared your distress believe me you will feel much better. And if you still like to get feedback from them then let them know and go from there.
And ONCE THIS IS ALL SAID AND DONE!
GET BACK TO BUSINESS (your outcome): Pick up where you stopped off. Get back into planning. Get back to work and fulfill those goals.
Now some of us that have fed into the emotion(s) all three steps may need to be taken before you can feel that major release of the energy. Lol! Yes, let's laugh it fuels the soul. But honestly, I needed all 3 before I felt a major release so hey! It’s okay. We just have to be real with ourselves and it is nothing wrong if you fed your emotions so much you can barely see the light at the end of the tunnel, it happens sometimes. The key is you have recognized it and now you can do something about it. So, go on through all three of them and even if you have to do it more than once so what. The key here is to get rid of the energy that is not serving your higher good. Your goals are awaiting for you to get back to them. The universe is ready for you to make that next move to open new doors for you. So do what it is going to take so you can GET BACK to business.
