When things start to get cloudy and tough for me, this is my therapy and safe haven. I go to the beach waters and embrace the power of mother nature. It is my time for therapy and time to rejuvenate and restore myself back into the essence of my true origin. By being cleansed from the impurities of this mundane life. This is my time to come back into the balance with my femininity, my yin and my yang. It is a time to remember the beauties of nature and the universe.
