Ship Interior/Exterior
This was a smaller ship that had a capacity of 2000 people. Nice decor throughout the ship. Ship setup pretty much the same as other cruise lines.
Ship Entertainment
DJ Ned was 
. He provided variety of music to fit everyone. The 80s party would had been better if it was catered to varieties of 80s music oppose to one type. Karaoke was but could had more song choices. Bingo was expensive compared to other cruise lines and you only had an opportunity to win one time oppose to 2 or 3 times. Not as many activities as other cruise ships. Overall, would rate the entertainment average.
Ship Island Experience
The private island was nice and the food was tasty but you were charged for almost everything. The only thing that was provided free was the food, drinks and chairs everything else came with a cost. Other private islands we have been on they provided a lot of free activities and equipment. Not the case on Norwegian Sky.
Ship Food Choices
We liked the dinner setup being able to choose your time to dine and where you wanted to eat oppose to having a scheduled time. Beautiful thing for the drinkers, UNLIMITED drinks with quite a few different choices. Food overall was average. Buffet area not many options and it was smaller than other cruise ship I've sailed on. The square pizza reminded me of elementary school pizza was not the best.
Ship Room/Amenities
The rooms were smaller than other cruise ships we have traveled on. Our beds and the dresser area did not allow enough room for us to roll our suitcases to the bed. The closet was only large enough to fit one suitcase good. A few rooms had a mildew musty smell that had to be aired out. Balcony was an average size. The plus of the room was the bathrooms, they were roomer and a nice decor and the birthday decorations and the cake that was provided was tasty.
Overall Experience
My experience overall for being a cruiser on this ship was average. I would try Norwegian again but a larger ship to see if it's a different experience. Besides some of the mishaps me and my Mother had a wonderful time cruising to the island for her born day! We even met us some friends on the ship, another mother and daughter.
